Set on the peaceful local island of Hangnaameedhoo, Coral Beach Maldives is a beachfront guesthouse where the day is shaped by the sea, the sunshine and unhurried island life. The property sits directly by the ocean, only a few minutes on foot from Bikini Beach, and combines authentic Maldivian hospitality with bright, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, private bathrooms, kitchenettes, terraces and free WiFi. Private beach and sun terrace
A beautifully kept private beach area lies right in front of the property, with sun loungers, beach umbrellas, outdoor furniture and shaded spots under the palms. Mornings begin with coffee by the water and evenings end with sunsets over the lagoon, a barbecue on the sand or a quiet moment on the sun deck. Bikini Beach is only 200 m away, and the reef around the island is easy to reach for a snorkel straight from shore.
Dining by the ocean
Our on-site restaurant serves halal cuisine with fresh, locally inspired dishes as well as Chinese, British, French, Indian and international favourites, open for brunch, lunch and dinner, with a coffee house, snack bar and room service. Breakfast offers both sweet and savoury choices, lunch and dinner bring freshly prepared seafood and Maldivian specialities, and special occasions can be arranged as a romantic dinner or a barbecue by the beach.
Excursions and island life
South Ari Atoll is famous for its dive sites and underwater life, and we happily arrange snorkeling trips, whale shark and manta ray excursions, dolphin cruises, sunset fishing, sandbank picnics and visits to nearby deserted islands. On the island itself you can cycle, walk through the greenery, join a cooking class or a yoga session, and discover the traditions of a genuine Maldivian community.
Rooms
All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a private bathroom with free toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer, a private kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, soundproofing, a safe, a minibar, free WiFi and daily housekeeping. Each room has one queen bed, and sea view, balcony or terrace options are available.
